No apology of any sort , the food is expensive when all the extras which are basics to a dish are added on like chips or coleslaw with your serving of chicken.Also the only toilets were unisex toilets which were filthy and not everyone is comfortable using them so nice to have consideration for all clientele.Overrated and terrible customer service. Avoid if possible.

Last night we witnessed the guy in charge give out and swear (a lot) at another staff member in pubilc. He then proceeded to stare them out (a lot) and talk about them. What sort of way is this to treat your staff Coqbull? The staff seem lovely and attentive. We couldn't see any obvious reason for your staff to be humiliated like this. It is not something customers should experience or even staff should experience. Bang out of order and I would worry about the welfare of your staff if manager / owner behaves like this as a norm. We will not support you or your other restaurants if this is your culture and treatment of staff. It starts from the top down.
So seeing as ye like to publically behave like this, then we will treat you the same way publically. Coqbull or Coqbully?
